Only registered users are allowed to access the secure pages of the Electronic Reporting
System website. If you are not already registered then the application forms can
be found in the Document Download section on the authority homepage. Once you have
completed the registration process you will receive an email with your login credentials.

Your login credentials consist of a username, a password and answers to the six
security questions listed below.
Memorable Date
Mother’s Maiden Name
Place of Birth
Father’s First Name
Name of First School
Name of Last School

From the authority homepage click the login button, you will be required to enter
your username, password and the answer to one of the six security questions. For
your first login you should use the credentials supplied in the email.
Once logged in you will be required to change your password and then set up the correct
answers to the six security questions.
Completing this process correctly will help to ensure the security of your data.

From the authority homepage use the ‘Forgot Password’ link to retrieve forgotten
login credentials. Enter a username in the forgot password page and press the ‘Submit’
button. An email will be sent to the email address associated with the username
with all of the user login credentials.
